How the Builtwell Process Works

An on site visit to review the space, take measurements, document field conditions, make hand sketches, and gather the information needed to move the project toward clear design direction and pricing. 

Straightforward projects typically begin at $295 to measure. More complex spaces or multi area discussions are typically $495 to measure. Once the site measured file and early planning work are complete, payment is collected.  You will then receive your  concept materials in PDF format , limited  revisions, or continued design development in order to advance the project forward. 

Once the measurement and planning phase is complete and payment has been received, concept development continues through your paid concept package/design retainer. This includes preliminary modeling, concept review materials, and limited revisions needed to clarify the final direction before formal quoting. 

Once the concept direction is approved, we prepare the final quote, confirm scope, and move into signed documents and deposit collection.
